This is not your typical event—we are a high-energy, community-driven festival blending culture, music, food, and interactive experiences with meaningful impact. We’re curating a diverse group of vendors who align with our mission while creating an unforgettable attendee experience.
🌴 Vendor Experience Overview
At Sarasota Key-Quest Fest by One Check Away Day, you are more than a vendor—you are a Key Mayor.
Each vendor is assigned a “Destination Key” (inspired by local Sarasota Keys) and will host an interactive booth experience designed to help attendees Prepare, Protect, or Prevent.
🔑 What You’ll Do
Engage attendees through a quick 30–60 second “Key Task” (tip, demo, or activity)

Provide value—not just promotion

Award a Key Sticker or physical Key after participation
Attendees must collect Keys from multiple stations to enter our Grand Prize Drawing, ensuring strong traffic to every booth.
🎤 Bonus Opportunity: Mayor’s Mic
Selected vendors will receive a 3-minute spotlight on stage to share a powerful tip and direct attendees to their booth.
🎪 Requirements

Provide your own 10x10 tent, table, and chairs

Arrive 90 minutes early for setup

Use weights/sandbags (no ground staking allowed)

Insurance is required

Vendor Selection Criteria
✔️ Who We’re Looking For
We are intentionally curating vendors who create impactful, engaging experiences for our community.
Priority will be given to vendors who are:
🤝 Engagement-Focused

Offer an interactive element (demo, activity, mini-service, or consultation)

Can create a clear, simple Key Task for attendees
🌱 Mission-Aligned
Your business or organization supports at least one of the following:

Prepare (education, emergency readiness, financial literacy, youth development)

Protect (safety, security, advocacy, community services)

Prevent (health, wellness, nutrition, preventative care)
💡 Value-Driven

Provides attendees with useful, actionable takeaways

Focuses on education, empowerment, or resources—not just selling
🎨 Experience & Presentation

Willing to create a visually appealing booth

Open to incorporating the Destination Key / travel theme

Local businesses, nonprofits, and service providers are strongly encouraged

One Check Away, Inc. (OCAI) is a Sarasota-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2020 by U.S. Army veteran Michelle Paul.
OCAI serves the community through three core initiatives:
